Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation / refund policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we kindly request your understanding as we incur costs in organising your appointment and preparing necessary products and consumables. To help us recover some of these costs, we have a cancellation policy in place.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least *24 hours* prior to your scheduled appointment time. At time we may be able to accommodate you with a more convenient date and time to suit, or give your appointment to a much needed other.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, with no prior notice we will charge a 10% fee to cover the costs incurred in organizing your appointment and any waste of product or consumables.
In the event of you no-show, we will charge a 30 percent fee to cover the costs incurred in organizing your appointment and any waste of product or consumables.

Well Nurse Clinic do not support a refund due to the nature of the services provided, however in special circumstances we may oblige with a credit note.
